Job Summary

This role acts as a strategic backup for enterprise systems oversight while leading day-to-day administration and optimization of the Workday platform across HR and Finance modules.
The position requires strong business process analysis skills to translate organizational needs into actionable system configurations and ensure compliance with security standards.

Must-have

Security administration and access control management
Reporting and time tracking oversight

Experience with Accela, PayIT, or Granicus platforms

Proficiency in Excel VLOOKUP and PivotTables
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Administration
Five years of progressively responsible network/system experience
Two years of supervisory or team lead experience
Workday certifications highly desirable
PMP certification required within first 12 months if not already held
Must pass post-offer criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screen
