As part of LinkedIn’s Learning Solutions team, the Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) works with our customers to help them maximize the value from LinkedIn, in other words – we help them be successful with the platform they have purchased!

Job Summary

  • As part of LinkedIn’s Learning Solutions team, the Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) works with our customers to help them maximize the value from LinkedIn, in other words – we help them be successful with the platform they have purchased!
  • You will also act as a voice of the customer to our internal teams to ensure customer ideas and feedback are part of our ongoing development strategy for the product.
  • The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
