Job Summary

  • As Territory Lead, you will direct your team of business development and underwriting experts to maximize production with your brokers and be measured by the success of your territory relative to budget goals.
  • You will be responsible for creating and owning the P&L for your territory, setting new business and renewal revenue and loss ratio targets, and developing go-to-market strategies and campaigns aligned with budget goals.
