Troubleshooting P0 incidents in 24/7 environment
Knowledge of Dell, HP, Cisco, Arista hardware
Experience with SSH and remote access solutions

Familiarity with automation tools
Experience with Prometheus and Grafana observability
Python or Go programming language skills
Linux operating system experience
DCIM solution familiarity
