Job Summary

  • The Administrative Budget Assistant provides support to the Senior Operations Manager, performing a variety of accounting duties (e.g. financial transactions, invoice reconciliation, and other accounting and administrative activities).
  • Assist with preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation of department’s billing system for collecting revenue from the services provided to researchers.
  • Process financial transactions in Workday such as purchase requisitions, invoices, credits, and other related billable financial transactions in AOPS.
