The Shelter/WASH Associate supports the development, technical guidance, and oversight of WASH infrastructure within Integrated Settlement Planning projects in refugee settlements.
The incumbent will work closely with multifunctional teams and partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and environmentally sound interventions.

Must-have
WASH infrastructure project management
Technical guidance to partners
Integrated settlement planning
Water and sanitation systems monitoring
Community engagement and behavior change
Construction supervision and cost estimation
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of water and wastewater hydraulics
Experience with faecal sludge management
GIS and public health epidemiology skills
Cross-sector coordination
Capacity strengthening of partners
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or 2 years with Bachelor degree
Experience in WASH infrastructure in Rohingya refugee camps
Knowledge of UNHCR WASH Manual and technical standards
