Job Summary
This position will mainly greet and guide Bike Den visitors through the check in and check out processes, bike registration, general bike repair questions, education workshop support, and referral to applicable local and online bike resources.
Enthusiasm, excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must due to frequent interactions with faculty, staff, students, and members of the community.
This position will typically work no more than 24 hours/week with a preference for weekday evenings as well as daytime hours on Fridays and Sundays.
