Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years managing multi-discipline design teams
15+ years in design and construction documents
Experience as Engineer of Record
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam
Nice-to-have
Consumer Products or Food & Beverage industry experience
Life Science or Industrial market experience
MS degree in related field
Entrepreneurial mindset and flexible path
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years managing multi-discipline design teams
Minimum 15 years in design and construction document production
Professional Engineer Licensure required
BS degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited school
