Job Summary
This role is responsible for achieving the company’s approved Digital Partnership KPIs by driving customer acquisition, VNB, and APE targets while collaborating closely with the DTC lead and other key stakeholders.
The position involves working with key partners including Agency and Bank partners to meet digital sales aspirations and identifying new digital distribution partners.
The role requires designing and delivering digitization of customer journeys to acquire new customers and improve customer experience in traditional channels under the Distribution 4.0 strategy.
