The Advanced Program Support Technician will be responsible for manufacturing, building, testing and maintenance of aerospace flight hardware including, but not limited to: (Extra Mobility Unit (EMU) Suits and Suit components primarily focusing on pressure integrity layers, EVA Tools and Crew Aids, Ancillary equipment, Advanced program and other contracts and subsystem equipment as required

Job Summary

  • The Advanced Program Support Technician will be responsible for manufacturing, building, testing and maintenance of aerospace flight hardware including, but not limited to: (Extra Mobility Unit (EMU) Suits and Suit components primarily focusing on pressure integrity layers, EVA Tools and Crew Aids, Ancillary equipment, Advanced program and other contracts and subsystem equipment as required.
  • Operation of machine equipment includes 3D printers, RF welding machines, fabric laser and wheel cutters, and various low pressure air systems.

  • Familiar with pressurized test equipment

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Pass a Class III Physical
  • Physiological Training
  • Clean Room and Controlled Work Area Training
  • Valid Texas driver’s license
