Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for all aspects of Manulife (International) Limited’s Regulatory Compliance Program, including compliance advisory, oversight, monitoring, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
  • The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for reporting on the Regulatory Compliance Program to the entity’s Board of Directors and has unfettered access to information and direct communication with the Board.
  • Responsibilities include managing the local Compliance function, developing the annual Compliance Work Plan, and providing compliance guidance on new initiatives and product development.

  • Certification of Compliance competencies is an advantage
