Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will be responsible for creating a culture of EHSS excellence by serving as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters and driving associate engagement through the SAFE-Together program.
  • This position requires managing daily operations including incident investigations, emergency response teams, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and FDA.

  • Strategic EHSS planning and budgeting

  • CSP or CIH certification preferred
  • Emotional intelligence and people development
  • Experience with Medical Services oversight
  • Strong collaboration across functions
  • Proactive incident investigation skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHSS or related field
  • 10+ years in manufacturing environment
  • 6+ years of team leadership experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, IATA regulations
  • Implementation experience with ISO 13485
  • Preferred certifications: CSP or CIH
