This role supports and leads quality assurance activities at the Singapore site while maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
The position requires ensuring cGMP compliance across incoming material management, warehouse operations, manufacturing support, and related QC testing.
Candidates will mentor junior QA staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
cGMP compliance in incoming material management
QA oversight activities including GMP record review
deviation lab investigations and CAPA implementation
material supplier qualification processes
QA review of LSOPs and batch release
Nice-to-have
curious practical and committed to continuous improvement
experience with SAP quality systems
prior exposure to regulatory inspections
familiarity with quality metrics and trending
project or change management experience
Key Requirements
University degree in Science or Engineering
Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance within life sciences
Practical knowledge of cGMP and GDP
Hands-on experience with deviations CAPA and change control
