Job Summary
You will be responsible for supporting and executing fire & safety programs and ERT activities for the new Golden Triangle Polymers (GTP) facility.
The selected applicant will respond to fires, EMS, rescue, and other emergencies, support the Incident Management Team, and implement emergency preparedness policies.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Prior industrial or municipal ERT experience
Class C driver’s license
At least 5 years of full-time industrial emergency response experience
Associate or higher degree in emergency response, safety, or closely related field
EMT-B or higher license
Certified in Industrial NFPA 1081 Fire, NFPA 1006 Rescue, and 1910.120, NFPA 472 Hazmat
At least 1 year of experience in conducting hazard identifications, incident investigations
At least 2 years of on-scene command experience
Incident Command System qualifications (NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800)
Fire water system inspection, testing and PM experience
Strong computer, verbal and written communication abilities
