Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-12 years HSSE experience
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) expertise
bp Operating Management System (OMS)
Risk assessment and control implementation
Incident investigation and learning deployment
Nice-to-have
Human Factors training
ERP system automation experience
Greenfield/Brownfield project exposure
Carbon reduction initiatives knowledge
Strong collaborative spirit
Diversity and inclusion advocacy
Key Requirements
Graduate/Engineer in chemical or mechanical discipline
NEBOSH diploma or equivalent HSSE qualification
Minimum 8-12 years relevant HSSE domain experience
Experience in FMCG or oil and gas industry preferred
