** Satair Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist for the Airbus Channel in the APAC region, responsible for managing material orders and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, preferably within the aerospace industry, and be proficient in MS Office applications. **

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the order processing, administration and management of Material orders received from Airbus customers (airlines, maintenance and repair organizations (MROs) and other customers/suppliers).
  • Build and maintain customer satisfaction with quick response times as well as honest and qualified responses to all customer requests and inquiries.
  • Measure and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to manage material order activity and producing order activity reports for customers, account team and management.
