Job Summary

• The Director, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will lead the development of the company’s global corporate responsibility strategy, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships, measurable impact, and alignment with business priorities.
• This role will establish governance, programmes, and partnerships that not only deliver meaningful social and environmental outcomes, but also enhance the company’s reputation, stakeholder trust, and long-term license to operate as a responsible global organisation.
• As the first dedicated role in this space, this position requires a hands-on approach to both strategy development and execution, including building programmes, establishing partnerships, and driving implementation directly.
