Salary
Base: $130,500.00 - $212,850.00 Annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable; Benefits: Comprehensive, choice-based programs for physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing

Key Requirements
8+ years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8–12+ years in creative production, agency management, creative operations, business affairs, or related fields
Deep experience leading large-scale, multi-channel creative campaigns
Expertise in talent agreements, SAG, NIL rules, music licensing, sponsorships, and influencer governance
Proven ability to navigate legal, compliance, risk, and procurement workflows
