The Associate Director, Strategy & Operations is responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, and portfolio execution across the Generative AI (GenAI) portfolio in IM R&D.
This role partners closely with the Head of GenAI to shape, govern, and deliver a scalable, compliant GenAI architecture and application portfolio that accelerates R&D impact.
Key responsibilities include shaping GenAI strategy, owning portfolio governance, driving decision support, establishing operating models, and leading strategic business planning for GenAI initiatives.
