Job Summary

  • In this customer-facing role, you will partner closely with our Product Development and Support Analyst teams as an escalation point to deliver creative workarounds and long-term solutions for our global customer base.
  • You will take ownership of a diverse case queue, as part of a global team supporting our Adaptive Planning Suite which may include Financial Planning, Reporting, and Integration products while ensuring customers receive timely, high-touch updates.
