Key Requirements

  • Master's degree completion
  • Accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Licensed Registered Nurse - MN
  • Licensed APRN Nurse Practitioner
  • ANCC or AANP Certification
  • ACLS-BLS Tier 2 required
  • Drug Enforcement Administration
  • Valid Driver’s License
