Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • proven experience in project management, capital planning, project controls, or cost management
  • Understanding of construction economics, real estate finance, and building systems
  • Proficiency with capital planning and project controls tools (including AdaptiveWork)
  • advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and SharePoint
