Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Manage multiple projects from multiple clients
Analyze and synthesize large amounts of information
Act as a business advisor to senior audiences
Comfortable with data and various data sources
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Nice-to-have
Exposure to Technology, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Strategy
Experience in management roles
Strong process management skills
Dealing with multiple stakeholders
Experience with global organizations
Experience in relationship management
Knowledge of labor budgeting processes
Experience in workforce planning/strategy
Experience in roles requiring high level of discretion
