The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and charts in an informative manner.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs, transporting them between rooms, and ensuring their safety by checking frequently on those unable to call for help.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regular shift meetings
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
