  • As a Crew Leader, you will lead and direct manufacturing plant operations, managing a large group of hourly and salaried employees over a single shift supporting all Assembly shops.
  • Responsible for meeting production schedules, quality metrics, and departmental/plant budget, while developing and driving a safety culture within the plant.
  • This position will rotate between 2nd and 3rd shift and may be eligible for relocation benefits.
