Job Summary
Develop and execute a people-analytics strategy aligned to HR and business goals, enhancing our existing people-data platform to maximize use of Workday native technologies and leveraging new age platform capabilities into a unified analytics environment.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts and engineers; provide clear direction and growth opportunities.
Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, business unit leaders and IT to understand data needs and develop tailored solutions.
