  • The Change & Release Specialist is responsible for managing requests for change through their lifecycle, assisting with communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and coaching service managers and suppliers.
  • Primary responsibilities include enforcing change compliance, reviewing implemented changes, creating and coordinating change requests through the Change Management process and CAB meetings, and applying best practices for continuous improvement.
