Job Summary
Oversee the development, implementation and growth of effective social services, data systems and initiatives that meet service users' needs efficiently across subsector(s).
Partner with social service agencies (SSAs), government agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet such needs and gaps.
Manage performance evaluation and community funding allocation, and train and guide officers in programme implementation.
