  • Lead the transition of products from development to production readiness, focusing on process optimization, operational excellence, continuous improvement, design for manufacturability (DFM), and supply chain stability.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related technical field

  • Proven track record of leading products through maturation
  • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, quality systems
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
