Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or GED required
6 months to 1 year material handling experience
Forklift and pallet jack operation skills
ERP/MRP system data entry proficiency
Ability to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly
Stand for up to 10 hours per shift
Nice-to-have
1+ years of preferred material movement experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
Flexibility to work overtime and cross-train
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
