• The Office of Juvenile Affairs is seeking a Resident Care Specialist to provide care, custody, and security for at-risk youth at Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.
• Positions in this job family are involved in providing direct care, supervision and security, transportation, and role modeling to adjudicated youth in the custody of the juvenile justice system.

RCS I- $19.23 an hour; RCS II- $21.63 an hour; Bonus: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, $6,000 Continuous Service Bonus; Benefits: Generous state paid benefit allowance, retirement savings plan with match, 15 days vacation/sick leave, 11 paid holidays

• RCS II: 30 college credit hours or 1 year security experience
• Willing to work any shift
