Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Eight years general maintenance experience
  • Three years in team-oriented multi-function setting
  • Valid OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety card
  • Competence in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R
  • Understanding of university building design standards
  • Knowledge of project process managed by FOD Design and Construction
  • Valid State of Ohio driver license (may require)
