Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
The role requires a current LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds, and work effectively with residents and personnel.
