Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to customers, sell new lines of coverage, cross sell within the existing book of business, and manage a team.
As Associate Vice President, you will have greater accountability to develop support staff, evaluate the effectiveness of work output and workflows of their teams, and ensure company policies and SOG's are followed as designed.
