Job Summary

  • This position supports the Commissioner in overseeing the daily operations of key divisions and ensuring the effective delivery of housing and community development programs throughout Baltimore City.
  • The COO provides executive leadership and operational oversight for multiple divisions, including Consolidated Planning, Development, Homeownership and Housing Preservation, Housing Code Enforcement and Emergency Management, and Permits and Litigation.
  • The city offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D, and FSA plans, as well as wellness programs, support groups, and workshops.

Salary
