Job Summary

  • Coordinate, execute, and ensure compliance with sales budget, revenue, and churn for assigned Corporate accounts, guaranteeing correct pipeline management, forecast, commercial execution, and customer experience.
  • Design and execute retention, loyalty, and revenue growth (upsell/cross-sell) strategies, ensuring adequate service experience for Enterprise clients by coordinating with internal areas.
  • Analyze market information, competition, prices, promotions, and technological trends, proposing and implementing local commercial promotions or dynamics and evaluating their impact.
