Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Aerospace or related
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing
  • Experience supporting multiple sites or customers
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis (e.g. 9S, 5WHY’s, Pareto Analysis)
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS)
  • Ability to communicate across all organizational levels
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%
