Must-have

  • 7+ years progressive EHS experience
  • Multi-site or regional responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA EPA regulations
  • Experience leading audits and investigations
  • Ability to travel 30-50% within region

Nice-to-have

  • CSP CIH professional certification
  • ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
  • Lean Six Sigma structured problem-solving
  • Manufacturing supply chain R&D environment
  • Advanced degree in science or engineering

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field
  • 7+ years EHS experience OR advanced degree + 5 years
  • Unrestricted US work authorization required
