Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures or incidents promptly.
The role requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure adequate services and a positive environment for residents.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
