Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting with the daily management of the Food and Beverage Department to include concessions, mobile carts, general event catering, culinary, catering sales, menu development, financials, and budgets.
Develop relationships with third-party catering contractors through effective collaboration and communication.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM's policies and applicable laws.
