Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical role on Green Thumb’s People Team, supporting our Production facility as we look to rapidly and sustainably scale.
  • This role aligns business objectives, HR strategy, and talent to scale our rapid growth, executing HR programs, policies, and practices for the designated employee population.
  • Responsibilities include talent and performance management, culture championing, employee relations, change management, implementing programs, relationship management, employment law and leave policies, project support, and managing administrative routines.
