Job Summary

• Leads the assigned processes of future "Industrial Laser", trains and develops team members for technical expertise, process knowledge and improvement, specs documentation, conducts periodic performance reviews, mentorship and guidance.
• Leads continuous process improvement in terms of yield, efficient and lean process flows, executes product transfers timely and smoothly, and resolves or drives resolution of operational issues timely to sustain customer demands.
• Develops and deploys training or certification of operators, technicians and engineers, supports top management priorities, and is capable of leading a team, mentoring, and developing people.
