Job Summary

  • Within Johnson Controls’ Data Center Solutions group, you will be responsible for driving the execution of quality goals and objectives by proactively driving actions to meet internal and external customer expectations for quality.
  • You will work cross-functionally to identify causes of potential product/process failures and drive corrective and preventative actions internally and/or with suppliers and customers as needed.
  • Help us drive customer wins and be a part of a team that believes that through teamwork, leadership, and collaboration - anything is possible.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or technical field
  • 3-5 years experience in quality engineering role
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system
  • Proven continuous quality improvement track record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Open to occasional domestic and international travel
  • ASQ Certified CQE (preferred)
  • Certification in structured problem-solving methodologies (preferred)
  • Experience with Minitab or equivalent software (preferred)
  • Previous internal auditor experience (preferred)
