The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information, assisting with personal care, mobility, and medical preparations, and ensuring a warm, safe, and calm environment throughout the shift.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel, participate in nursing reports, and promptly report any changes in resident condition, incidents, or unauthorized disclosures.
