• Assist Control Centre and Controllers with roadside route management and meet service delivery standards on all TfL contracts for Arriva London.
• Work with Control Centre Managers & Controllers to develop a high-performance culture, improve processes, and deliver the best outcome for London’s passengers.
• Take ownership of Health & Safety and the performance of drivers and services at each point.
