Key Requirements
At least 6 months of sales experience preferred
General understanding of retail environment
Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing

Ability to excel in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to walk lot and show homes
Ability to move and lift furniture up to 75 lbs.
