Job Summary

  • The Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with the implementation of safety plans, operating standards, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical assets of the property.
  • Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various building systems, performing a variety of maintenance activities on interior/exterior areas, and assisting with custodial duties.
