Job Summary

• As a Senior Product Procurement Engineer, you’ll lead NPI & NSI execution from concept to PPAP, shape resilient value chains, and turn supplier capability into competitive advantage.
• Our Product Procurement Engineer manages part development and quality feedback loops for New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), and New Source Introduction (NSI) related activities by collaborating with suppliers, design control engineers, value chain engineering, and procurement category teams.
• This role puts you at the heart of major product launches, leading NPI and sourcing decisions that impact cost, quality, and supply strategy.

Base: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), HSA, FSA, etc.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred
• Extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, engineering
• Experience within Caterpillar or comparable large manufacturing
• Strong background in engineering and cross functional collaboration
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain strategy
• Direct material procurement experience
