Job Summary

  • The Medical Delegate is responsible for promoting and ensuring the proper use of medications under their responsibility to healthcare professionals involved in the care pathway, in compliance with regulations and applicable procedures.
  • Connect the needs and challenges of care pathway stakeholders with all Johnson & Johnson resources and services, and ensure feedback is provided to the healthcare professional to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Design and manage the Sector Action Plan (PAS) based on regional objectives and develop projects around medications with care pathway stakeholders in collaboration with all Johnson & Johnson actors.
