Job Summary

  • Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
  • Responsible for daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability, etc.
  • Performs technical, analytical, or maintenance work. Typically, knowledge is gained through a combination of formal education in a vocational or technical degree program and on-the-job training.
